Many folks were wondering about the 3rd Quarterback situation with Nebraska, wondering if it was either going to be Patrick O’Brien or AJ Bush.
While nothing has officially been said, one tweets says usually more than 140 characters.
Special Shout out to my husker teammates. and everyone that has been apart of my experience here. Loved every minute of it. #GBR ✊

Bush, who is a Sophomore out of Norcross HS in Alpharetta, Georgia, came to Nebraska via Charlton Warren in the 2014 class.
Even though Bush led Norcross HS to a Georgia State Championship, not many colleges offered Bush. Besides Nebraska, only Boston College & Kansas State were his other Power 5 offers.
The left-hander did not appear in any games for the Huskers in his 2+ years on the roster.
So, why leave now when classes literally start on Monday? Itwould appear, going off this tweet, that maybe the true Freshman O’Brien had won the job to be 3rd string behind Tommy Armstrong and Ryker Fyfe to open the season.
3rd team QB between POB and Bush.

Decision will be made by the end of this week.
I'd bet on Bush.
If that is indeed the case, I would wonder why Bush would leave given the timing. Also, if the staff was going to redshirt POB this season, it would be a bad idea to split.
Talked to Alvin Bush, AJ Bush’s dad. They told Riley of AJ’s decision Thursday. Looking at JUCO and FBS options. #huskers

UPDATE:
Former Nebraska QB Bush will be headed east to Iowa Western Community College.
AJ Bush is transferring to Iowa Western. A former NU QB is interested in Bush's skillset. https://t.co/L735KO3K4U #huskers #goreivers
