Knutson is coming off his best appearance of the season, allowing one run in four innings in midweek action against Kansas State. Edwards meanwhile, has allowed 25 hits in 23.1 innings, and has allowed a team high nine wild pitches.

Kansas does scare on offense, as they bat .284 as a team. Kansas has eight players who have double digit walks this season, leading to a team total of 182 free passes. Nebraska pitches so far this season have given up 178 free passes, a dangerous combination.
