Coffee time for the Nebraska Cornhuskers once again, as they go on the East Coast and pluck one out of the backyards of a lot of good teams.
Extremely blessed to announce I will be attending THE UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA!!! #GBR pic.twitter.com/cqKkcUtOUX

Avery Roberts, an Inside Linebacker from Concord High School in Wilmington, Delaware, committed to the Huskers on Thursday afternoon.
Nebraska beat out Penn State for the services of Roberts. Besides Nebraska and PSU, Roberts had offers from Clemson, Oklahoma, Miami, Oregon, Ohio State, and a multitude of other schools.
Roberts is the best player in the state of Delaware in this cycle, as well as being the 6th best Linebacker in the country. He is the 185th best player in this cycle, according to the 247 composite as well.
So, what was the difference here? Simply put, Trent Bray did the work early here, offering Roberts back on National Signing Day in 2015. That built the early relationship with the family, and Bray has made the point of keeping with this one. He visited Penn State twice in the last few weeks, but the Huskers won out here.
This now makes seven commitments for the Huskers, three of which are 4-star prospects. That's not bad huh? Furthermore, that bounces Nebraska into 17th in the 247 National rankings, while placing 5th in the Big Ten, both upgrades from the beginning of the day.
What else do the Huskers have up their sleeves? Keep it here and we'll let you know when it happens.
Coffee, Trent Bray. Coffee and drink it up this afternoon.
We're All N in Delaware!!!
