Nebraska Football: Spring Practice #4 Report, Jordan Westerkamp Out Indefinitely

Some injury bugs are coming out of Spring ball today.

David McGee

The Nebraska Cornhuskers went about practice #4 for their 2017 Spring Football session. We see some news and tweets going up, so we'll share the best we've seen with you.

First and foremost, it sounds like Jordan Westerkamp's spring could be done.

While this is not the best thing in the world, the fact that this may give younger guys like Lavan Alston, Derrion Grim and such more looks with Tommy Armstrong and the rest of the 1's.

What is with Rose-Ivey and the inability to stay on the field, practice or game situation?

Anderson is a kid that needs to be in the fold this year for Nebraska's Secondary to get better.

Another guy that needs to step up, this time for a DL that is looking for leaders.

Keyshawn has his son and Darnay Holmes with him on this trip to Junior Day.

The former 2 had pretty good Freshman years. There's no reason to not think that Grim won't do the same, and it makes you wish that J.D. Spielman had enrolled early as well.

The newest Husker verbal with Darnay Holmes.

The fanbase yearns for a true #1 rusher.

New DL coach John Parrella paying off? It could be possible.

If Matt Snyder gets it and Cethan Carter gets even better, this Offense could be downright dangerous.

The Huskers will take a couple days off and return to the practice fields on Tuesday, where they'll practice twice next week. After that, they will have Spring Break off and return on March 29th.

ALMOST FORGOT: Poor Dylan Utter (I'm assuming). Greg McMullen just destroyed him.
