The Nebraska Cornhuskers went about practice #4 for their 2017 Spring Football session. We see some news and tweets going up, so we'll share the best we've seen with you.
First and foremost, it sounds like Jordan Westerkamp's spring could be done.
Jordan Westerkamp out indefinitely this spring with pulled groin, Mike Riley says #Huskers

Stanley Morgan also sidelined by groin injury. Should return to practice in next couple weeks... #Huskers

While this is not the best thing in the world, the fact that this may give younger guys like Lavan Alston, Derrion Grim and such more looks with Tommy Armstrong and the rest of the 1's.
In Westy absence, Brandon Reilly working some at slot. Grim working outside. Grim is not a slot. True No. 1 WR potential one day.

Michael Rose-Ivey missed practice with hyperextended knee but should return next week, Riley says #Huskers

What is with Rose-Ivey and the inability to stay on the field, practice or game situation?
A year in the weight room has done Avery Anderson some good, young man looks really good physically. #huskers

Anderson is a kid that needs to be in the fold this year for Nebraska's Secondary to get better.
Was told Mick Stoltenberg put up 405lbs on bench 5 times this week & is a very fit 300lbs. Rehab on knee going well. #huskers

Another guy that needs to step up, this time for a DL that is looking for leaders.

Keyshawn has his son and Darnay Holmes with him on this trip to Junior Day.
2 years ago DPE, 1 year ago Stanley Morgan JR, this yet it's Derrion Grimm that's walking into camp & put on a show at WR position. #huskers

The former 2 had pretty good Freshman years. There's no reason to not think that Grim won't do the same, and it makes you wish that J.D. Spielman had enrolled early as well.
You know how we coming !!!!! #GBR pic.twitter.com/rW3PP7PIau

The newest Husker verbal with Darnay Holmes.
Wilbon getting as much work with top bunch as OZigbo and Newby

The fanbase yearns for a true #1 rusher.
Lots of energy today from defense especially. The make up of this DL is coming together. Really like Kahlil Davis going forward. #huskers
— Mike'l Severe (@MikelSevere) March 12, 2016
New DL coach John Parrella paying off? It could be possible.
Mentioned last week I love the idea of the #huskers going big w 2TE's. Saw that today. Excited about Carter & Snyder in passing game.
— Nick Gregath (@NickESPN1480) March 12, 2016
If Matt Snyder gets it and Cethan Carter gets even better, this Offense could be downright dangerous.
The Huskers will take a couple days off and return to the practice fields on Tuesday, where they'll practice twice next week. After that, they will have Spring Break off and return on March 29th.
ALMOST FORGOT: Poor Dylan Utter (I'm assuming). Greg McMullen just destroyed him.
