National Signing Day 2016: Nebraska Has The Signature Of Marquel Dismuke, Not Pernell Jefferson Yet

Now, we have the last two signatures into North Stadium.

Pernell Jefferson: Linebacker from New Orleans, Louisiana

.... we think

Jefferson was to sign his LOI at 10am in a ceremony at his HS in NOLA, but it's now past 11am and there's not been anything that the University has reported yet.

One thing to remember is that Jefferson was iffy with his commitment to Nebraska, taking a visit to Indiana last weekend. He reported to several sites that he was going to sign with Nebraska today.
