- Mike Riley is getting after Tony Butler, the Ohio cornerback who makes his decision on Wednesday between the Nebraska Cornhuskers, Arizona State and Michigan.
Could go see Cavs vs Warriors in Cleveland tonight, but I've got more important things to do here! #GBR

The Nebraska HC is making the in-home visit with Butler after he skipped out on his Arizona State visit. It is a fantastic sign in that the Huskers shouldn't have to worry about the Sun Devils after last weekend.
There is some worry about West Virginia here, but Butler should announce he's a Nebraska verbal sometime Wednesday when he pulls the trigger on his commitment.
- California safety Lamar Jackson, who says himself that he is Nebraska's "Top target", got love from Rivals as they named him the #1 safety prospect in the 2016 recruiting cycle.
Proud and blessed to say I'm the New No. 1 Safety in the country #BlessUp pic.twitter.com/9Uu1hNuGRx

Some have mentioned that Jackson's crystal ball is pointed to USC, but I invite you to take a peek into that timeline. All the USC picks happened before Labor Day, while both Nebraska picks (yes, it includes mine) are after the New Year.
There is some chatter about a few schools coming in, but I can't see Jackson not being a Husker when he picks unless something major changes.
- Nebraska safety target Isaiah Simmons got his in-home visit from Michigan HC Jim Harbaugh Sunday night.

Simmons has played his commitment very, very close to the chest this whole time. There's no reason to think that Nebraska, which has gotten some good words from him, would be in danger. But to be completely frank, anything would surprise me from him. By the way, that Kansas jersey in the background is from his brother Victor, who was a LB at Kansas, hence the early Kansas predictions.
