I imagine there will be a lot of Husker fans pissed that this game is on ESPN News, a channel that many of them don't get. I imagine they'll discover this about 15-20 minutes before the game starts.
I don't know why it's on ESPN News, perhaps this is where you go when you're a has-been national powerhouse trying to work your way back up.
