As part of the ACC/Big Ten Basketball Challenge series, the Nebraska Cornhuskers will host the Miami Hurricanes at Pinnacle Bank Arena on December 1st, with the game being on the ESPN family of networks. TV channels and times are yet to be determined.

Nebraska, who traveled to Tallahassee last season and defeated the Florida State Seminoles 70-65 in the first game of last year's challenge, will host the Hurricanes once again for the ACC/B1G challenge. The Canes came to Lincoln in 2013 and lost to Nebraska by a 60-49 score. Nebraska is 4-1 all-time vs. Miami in Basketball.

Miami finished last year as runner-up to Stanford in the Championship of the Postseason National Invitational Tournament. They finished the year with a 25-13 record, going 10-8 in ACC Conference play.

Nebraska is 3-0 in the ACC/B1G Challenge under Head Coach Tim Miles, and 3-1 overall in the format.

Earlier this year, the Huskers announced that they will open the '15-'16 season on the road, taking on Big East champion Villanova in the Gavitt Games.
