Big Red Cobcast: The Milt Tenopir Interview

We interviewed Cornhusker Great, Mr. Pipeline himself, Milt Tenopir!

First things first! Good news on the health front! We briefly chat about it at the top of the Cobcast and he told us he feels much better. That's the best news we could have gotten.

Coach Tenopir is one of my favorite people. I met him a few years back while making, "Through These Gates" and once you get through that tough exterior he's a giant teddy bear. A teddy bear that could flatten you like a pancake (or have one of his many ex-players do it for him) but a teddy bear none the less.

Besides being the greatest O-line Coach of all time, he's also a great story teller and he shared some good ones with us about Charlie McBride, the rivalries between the pipe line and the D-Line and he even shared some Warren Sapp memories with us.

If that hasn't convinced you to listen (which probably means you're a Long Horn fan) he also shares his opinions on the Riley hire. He's been down to almost all of the spring practices working with the staff.  So, he's got a good idea of who these guys are. Milt compares Riley to an ex-coach that you guys might remember. Which one do you think it is? You'll have to listen to find out.
