Boaz Joseph Cited For Marijuana & Paraphernalia

The Cornerback was already nailed for trying to steal a bicycle last year.

Nebraska Cornhuskers Cornerback Boaz Joseph was cited by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Police Department on Thursday for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of  Drug Paraphernalia after UNL-PD served a search warrant at his apartment.

Joseph, a Sophomore out of Weston, Florida, was one of three people in the apartment cited for a drug related charge. One of the other gentlemen in the apartment was former Nebraska Football player Ishmail Jackson, who is more known as being the nephew of famous actor Matt Damon.

UNL-PD was serving a search warrant for the apartment due to a credit card fraud investigation that started back in March, where an unnamed UNL student had a Credit Cart stolen and a charge over $300 on said stolen card.

Joseph, who has only sparingly played for Nebraska last season after a redshirt season, was arrested back in June for stealing a Lincoln Police Department bait bicycle.

Nebraska Head Coach Mike Riley had no comment on Joseph's citations.
