The Nebraska Baseball team finishes their 16 game home stand by hosting the Creighton Bluejays Tuesday evening. Garett King is scheduled to start for the Huskers while Jeff Albrecht is scheduled to start for the Jays.
Albrecht started against the Huskers last year in Omaha, and limited them to one run. Expect him to be tough again on the Huskers hitters. The Nebraska bats will look to continue their momentum after pounding out a season high 16 hits on Sunday afternoon against the Longhorns.
If the Huskers can put more than three runs on the board, they have to like their chances. Nebraska has not allowed more than three earned runs at home all season. Their pitching staff leads the nation in runs allowed per game allowing only 2.46 runs per game.
First pitch is scheduled for 6:35 with weather expected to be in the upper 70's. A large crowd is expected for the home stand finale.
