When you speak of heartbreaks for the Nebraska Cornhuskers, the Texas Longhorns under Mack Brown would be occupying the top of that list. From the defeat in 1999 in Austin that ultimately kept the Huskers out of the National Title race, to the victories in Lincoln that Mack had (damn you Terrance Nunn) to :01, Brown had the number of the Huskers. That being said, Mack is on record numerous time loving the fan base and the Nebraska program time after time.
Lord knows, if he was to start up a Football program near Lincoln, it'd be rough for Nebraska.
But, with new HC Mike Riley, Mack is coming back to show love to Nebraska.

The Nebraska Coaches Association is set to have the Big Red Football Coaches Clinic on Saturday, April 4th. That is a week from the Red-White Spring Game in Memorial Stadium.
The cost is $50 before March 25th, $65 after that. Not only will local coaches have the ability to talk to Nebraska's new staff, but Brown will be available to talk. If you're a coach, sign up here.
Just... don't be a second late.
Nebraska and one second left. Seen this story before!
