In one of the most "perplexing" games in recent memory, the Iowa Hawkeyes walked into Pinnacle Bank Arena and ran the Huskers out of their own gym, 74-46. The debacle led to Nebraska coach Tim Miles to declare that he was locking the team out of the gym.
The loss dropped the Huskers below .500 for the first time this season as they look to regroup before they head to Columbus to take on Ohio State on Thursday. The Buckeyes suffered a setback of their own as they fell to rival Michigan in Ann Arbor. Both teams should come out with a chip on their shoulder. Hopefully it leads to a better performance that we saw from the Huskers Sunday afternoon. It sure can't get much worse.
Despite the disappointing outcome, we did manage to capture some pictures from the action. They're much better than the game turned out to be, I promise.
