Wednesday afternoon, the Nebraska SID announced that the Big Ten Conference will televise the Nebraska Cornhuskers Red-White Spring Scrimmage live on the Big Ten Network.

The Huskers will have their game on April 11th at 1pm Central Time. In addition to the live feed on BTN, the matchup will be also available on the BTN2Go streaming service for both computer and mobile/tablet devices.

Radio broadcast of the game will start 2 hours prior at 11am Central. The University did not discuss any types of format or such for the contest, which will be the first one for new Husker Head Coach Mike Riley.

On the same day, Husker Track & Field will have the Husker Spring Invite on the Ed Weir Track, which is to the northeast of Memorial Stadium. Nebraska Baseball will host Minnesota that evening at 6:05 at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park in the second game of a scheduled three game series.

Tickets for the Red-White Spring Scrimmage are on sale through the Nebraska Athletic Department and are only $10 per seat. A lot of seats have been sold, but you can buy yours here if you have not yet. (And why not make a day of it and head over to Haymarket too?)
