The Nebraska Cornhuskers Basketball squad gets a local verbal that they defeated several big time schools for Thursday.

Jeriah Horne, a 6' 7" Power Forward out of The Barstow School in Kansas City, Missouri committed to the Huskers Thursday afternoon.
As you can see, Horne was basically a lock to go to the Huskers from all the Basketball recruiting guys.
Horne, who is a composite 3 star on the 247 composite, is the 46th best Power Forward in the '16 cycle, and the 4th best player in the state of Missouri.
This is a big time win for Tim Miles and staff. Horne was wanted by Wichita State, DePaul, Kansas State and Pepperdine. To go head to head with WSU's Gregg Marshall and win one? That's large for Miles and his future in Lincoln.
Horne joins 4 star Shooting Forward Isaiah Roby in the '16 class for Nebraska, which climbs into the top 40 of the 247 national composite, while taking them up a couple spots in the Big Ten composite.
