We were all resting in bed Monday night, getting ready for Taco Tuesday. THEN, HARK, THE BEACON WAS LIT.

Willie Sykes, a 247 Composite 3 star Cornerback from Spring HS in Spring, Texas (Houston area) flipped his verbal from the Washington State Cougars to the Nebraska Cornhuskers late Monday night & confirmed it today.
Sykes, who is the 94th ranked Cornerback in this class, was being pursued by Minnesota, Utah and Fresno State among other schools.
While folks may be down on the star/ranking, the fact that Sykes had several schools wanting his services helps this verbal. It also helps that he made Dave Campbell's Texas Football First Team All-Texas this year. There are some studs on that list, and in a pass happy state full of spread teams, that should excite you on this verbal.
This verbal gives Nebraska a total of 15 verbals. It will take them back to around 33rd in the 247 National Composite, while keeping them 5th in the Big Ten.
THERE ARE MORE DECISIONS COMING. It's one week to National Signing Day. Who will be "N"? We'll let you know as soon as it happens.
