Nebraska Disappears from AP Top 25; Ranked 21st By Coaches After McNeese State Scare

As you might expect, the sportswriters were completely unimpressed by Nebraska's 31-24 victory over McNeese State.  Ranked 19th after defeating Florida Atlantic to open the season, Nebraska only received enough votes to rank #26 in the AP poll.  The coaches dropped Nebraska to #21.  Jeff Sagarin's computer rankings has Nebraska at #47, trailing Miami-Florida, who are ranked #39.
