Former Nebraska Cornhuskers Wide Receiver Quincy Enunwa, who had just made the New York Jets practice squad, was arrested in a NJ hotel on Sunday evening.
Enunwa, who was a 6th round pick of NYJ, was arrested and released from his role in this issue per the web site TMZ.
New York Jets Head Coach Rex Ryan confirmed the issue, however he could not comment any more on the matter due to it being ongoing.

Enunwa, the MVP of this year's TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl, made his last game as a Husker a memorable one as he was on the receiving end of the famous 99 yard bomb from Tommy Armstrong Jr. to help Nebraska defeat the Georgia Bulldogs.
It is highly doubtful that Enunwa would be cut from the roster, considering that Quincy had to be released already to clear the NFL waiver wire so that the Jets could sign him to the practice squad. That release actually happened on Sunday, the day Enunwa got in his current issue.
