Recruiting: Huskers Get Two Offensive Line Commitments For 2016

New, comments

Two future booms on a Saturday is pretty good, you guys.

Not only did your Nebraska Cornhuskers enjoy some success on the field Saturday night with their 45-14 win over Illinois, they got a couple of big time OL commitments for the '16 cycle as well.

The first commitment we'll talk about is Bryan Brokop, a 4 star Offensive Tackle from Lincoln Way West HS in New Lenox, Illinois. A Top 247 player, he is the 17th best OT in the '16 class and the 3rd best OT in the state of Illinois.

The commitments didn't stop after the win though.

Late last night, the second OL verbal of the day for '16 comes in John Raridon, a 6' 4", 260 pound Offensive Guard from Valley HS in West Des Moines, Iowa. He is currently the 35th best player in the entire NATION, as well as both the top OG and player in the entire state of Iowa.

With the verbals of Raridon and Brokop, they join Jared Bubak in making currently the best class in the Big Ten as well as the 11th best class in the early 2016 cycle.
