Let's try this again.
In this edition of #PictureMeTrollin we discuss cheating in college football, "Teflon Bo", and whether or not Tim Beck knows what he wants. If you missed out on the last set of topics, the premise of this exercise is simple: I'll list out two or three polarizing talking points that will no doubt light up the comments section.
The talking points can be a statement, a question, a set of assumptions, myths or whatever. The main objective is to get the conversations flowing. I may actually believe some of the statements made or I may simply be trolling for a reaction. For those that aren't down with the internet lingo, here's the definition of an internet troll:
troll (/ˈtroʊl/, /ˈtrɒl/) is a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting arguments or upsetting people,[1] by posting inflammatory,[2] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a forum, chat room, or blog) with the deliberate intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[3] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion
Got it? Good. Time to get our troll on...
If You Ain't Cheatin', You Ain't Tryin':
If we assume all schools that win national championships "bend the rules" and we also assume the Huskers under Bo Pelini don't cheat, we can safely assume that we're never going to win a national championship if the same circumstances hold true moving forward.
Bo's recruiting and on-field performance don't exactly fit the profile of the most recent champions, so why not bend the rules a little? It's not like the teams that get caught receive the death penalty.

Bo Is Untouchable:
With all the recent injury and suspension news, supporters of Bo Pelini are worried he won't be judged fairly going into the season and may be fired unjustly. There's no need to worry. If Bo can keep his job after everything he pulled last season, he can survive anything...
- A historic third quarter meltdown vs. UCLA
- Telling his own fans to f*ck themselves
- Shunning Husker legend Tommie Frazier
- Needing a miracle to beat a Northwesten team that finished 5-7
- Getting blown out by Iowa on Senior day
- Finishing unranked in the AP Poll
- Finishing 3rd in the Legends division
- Daring his boss to fire him
- Being inches away from hitting a referee
Let's be serious. He ain't going anywhere. T.O. won't allow it to happen.
Does Tim Beck Know What He Wants?:
Here's an excerpt from a recent interview Tim Beck did with Corn Nation:
CN: Would you say tight ends and fullbacks are becoming obsolete in college football?
Beck: Absolutely.
If this is so, can someone explain to me why we have Barnstache coaching TE's and doing "big picture stuff" instead of hiring an experienced QB coach?
U mad yet? Let us know in the comments section. If you have ideas for the next set of topics tweet at @cornnation or myself (@midweztmaruader) with your thoughts and try to use the #PictureMeTrollin hashtag if you can.
