FB: Huskers Fan Day Announced For Friday, August 1st

Per the UNL Athletic Department, the annual Nebraska Cornhuskers Fan Day has been set for Friday, August 1st from 2-3:30pm in Memorial Stadium in Lincoln.

The event, which has gone to a Friday date in recent years, will be a prime opportunity to meet the Husker players and staff. From the AD:

Autograph cards and other items will be available for fans at the gates. Fans are reminded to limit their autograph requests to one item per player or coach.

Huskers Authentic will be open on Fan Day and will have its usual wide selection of adidas products, as well as this year’s media guide and schedule posters. More information on Fan Day, including parking and gate information and a Fan Day map will be available on Huskers.com as the event draws near.

That would put the start of Nebraska's Preseason Camp around that Saturday, August 2nd.

Nebraska starts their 125th year of Football against Florida Atlantic on Saturday, August 30th.
