Nebraska Football is about to better their Wide Receiving group in a big, big way.

Damore'ea Stringfellow, the former Washington Huskies WR, will be making the official jump to become a Nebraska Cornhuskers Wideout after all.
The Wideout, originally from Moreno Valley, California, played one year for the Huskies. He is transferring after a legal matter during Super Bowl week with Seattle Seahawk fans.
Stringfellow didn't have much of a huge impact in his Freshman season, however his breakthrough game came against UCLA back on November 15th. A large game where he went off for 8 catches and 147 yards with a TD showed the type of talent he has. That made up for most of his 20 catch, 259 yard output through the entire season.

Stringfellow was originally a 4 star, 94 composite from Rancho Verde HS in Moreno Park out of High School. He was the 8th best WR in the '13 class, and 7th best player in California overall according to 247 sports.
Nebraska was the only non-West Coast school that Stringfellow seemed interested in during his recruitment. That relationship with WR assistant coach Rich Fisher has seemed to pay off.
No word yes if Stringfellow will attempt to obtain a waiver to play immediately, however more than likely, he'll have to sit out a season due to NCAA transfer restrictions. This would give him 3 seasons to play at Nebraska, however could also mean he may only play one season due to NFL Draft rules requiring a player to be out of High School 3 years.
