Banderas, 19, was arrested with Nebraska Cross Country and Track athlete Lucas Keifer, also 19, after they were pulled over at the corner of M Street & Antelope Parkway in Lincoln around 5:10 in the evening.

Both men, who attended Lincoln Southwest together, were released on a $3500 bond and will appear in court on the charges June 17th.
