Nebraska Basketball Gamethread: Huskers vs Wisconsin Badgers

David McGee

TODAY IS THE DAY!

Can you think of a day that's been more anticipated than this day for Nebrasketball? Wisconsin comes to town, ranked all ninth and everything, and our basketball team has lost at home only once this season. That's a helluva thing, right there.

Things are happening in Lincoln. Somehow, some way, Nebraska's Tim Miles has made a damned good basketball team out of players that are ranked far below most other teams in the Big Ten in recruiting.

Today:

If Nebraska wins

- we seal fourth in the Big Ten.

- some say we get a ticket to the big dance.

If Nebraska loses:

- we have to fight for the dance

- who the fuck knows where we finish in the Big Ten but it isn't certainly below .500.
