Per Clouse, Secondary coach Charlton Warren will be retained by Mike Riley after the National University Holiday Bowl on December 27th. Warren will be coaching with former HC Bo Pelini's staff in the game versus the USC Trojans. One would think that Warren will be indeed running the Secondary as he was
Warren, who was hired by Bo Pelini last season after spending six seasons at the Air Force Academy, made $220,000 last season in his initial season in Lincoln.
Warren has been the lead in many of Nebraska's recruiting verbals. He is the lead for Eric Lee, Avery Anderson and Aaron Williams this season. He is the 65th ranked recruiter in the 247 National rankings and 8th in the Big Ten.
Under Warren and Pelini, Nebraska was tied for 1st in Opponent Allowed Percentage and 3rd in FBS in Opponent Passing Efficiency last season.
