In which Nebraska still gets more points than Iowa, so there's that....

Paul: After Nebraska’s craptastic performance against Minnesota I dropped them to #4 in the West in anticipation of a loss at Iowa. I don’t know what more I can say, other than this is a very average football team filled with very talented players.

The lower half of the Big Ten is still chaotic, with teams beating each other in a race to the bottom of the standings.

Brian: My only issue was where to put Iowa and Nebraska. Everyone else is pretty much where they should, and 7-12 is a dartboard.

Ranchbabe: I will be out of the state on Black Friday. That way, if Nebraska truly is consumed by a fireball, I get to watch from afar. After the great beginning of the season, it is hard to believe Nebraska needs this win to avoid being at the bottom of the Quadrangle of Hate. New trophy alert--a bronzed pile of cow poo. We witnessed a very soft team and soft coaching staff on Saturday. Perhaps they assumed (like I did) that they would just automatically bounce back and play better? If so, do not pass Go, do not collect $200....

OK, my rankings. There are several teams better than us, followed by Nebraska and Iowa, then a bunch of teams worse than us. I plugged Northwestern in somewhere randomly as befitting their up-and-down performances. There are several teams that deserve a "14" but I was a good sport and copied everyone else’s answers to assign some order to that chaotic pile. It actually made me feel better.

Jon: All I can say is that I don’t want to be in position to vote Nebraska below Iowa in the final power poll of the season.
