The Husker Hoopsters hit the hardwood for the first time in the 2014-15 season defeating the Northern Kentucky Norse 80-61.
There was less fanfare with this opener than there was last season when they opened the doors at Pinnacle Bank Arena for the first time, but the result was similar.
A familiar face, Terran Petteway led the way pouring in 25 points. Shavon Shields and David Rivers also found double figures.
