With the next to last weekend of the 2014 recruiting cycle coming about, Nebraska gets 2 more verbal commitments this weekend.

First off, one of the bigger Running Back targets Nebraska had remaining will be coming to Lincoln.

Chicago's Mikale Wilbon decided to pull the trigger on Sunday evening and commit to Nebraska. The 4 star runner out of The De La Salle Institute had Nebraska on top over schools like Vanderbilt, Missouri, Arizona, and Iowa among a really impressive offer list.

The second verbal is from a Wide Reciever, one that is sending a lot of talent north to Nebraska.

Glenn Irons, a WR out of Edna Karr HS in New Orleans, gave his commitment to Nebraska on Saturday evening. The Huskers ended up being the first and only BCS team to offer Irons, as the 2 star was being recruited by Louisiana Lafayette, Northwestern State, Western Kentucky and South Alabama.

If Edna Karr sounds familiar, it's the HS that Nebraska has seemed to recruit hard, as verbal commitments Jaevon Walton and Jariah Tolbert both are going to accompany Irons to Lincoln from NOLA. Both Irons and Tolbert played alongside Texas A&M super recruit Speedy Noil.

Even with the Wilbon verbal, Nebraska only moves up one spot to 35th in the 247 National recruiting rankings, while staying at 6th in the Big Ten rankings by 247 also.

Will others join? Will folks leave? Keep it to Corn Nation as the end of the 2014 cycle comes and we find out who is "N" for next year!
