Nebraska dropped a spot in the AP Top 25, from 22nd to 23rd despite their 56-13 dismantling of Southern Miss. Baylor moved ahead of the Huskers apparently because their 70-13 thrashing of Buffalo was more impressive.
Georgia, Michigan, and Miami rose significantly after big wins, Miami entering the poll for the the first time this season at #15 in the AP and #18 in the Coaches.
The Huskers rose in the coaches poll, from 19th to 15th.
