The Huskers enter this season without Brandon Ubel, Dylan Talley and Andre Almeida. Joining the Husker squad is an exciting freshman class which include a highly touted New Zealand point guard, Tai Webster; an all-district guard from Garland, Texas, Nathan Hawkins; a three star forward from Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, Nick Fuller, and a walk-on guard from Gailsville, Wisconsin, Tim Wagner.

Quick Notes
-The Big Ten Tournament will be at the Banker's Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana from March 13-16.
-Much like last season have a tough opening slate for the Big Ten Conference schedule facing off against Ohio State (2), Michigan, Purdue and Iowa in their first five conference games.
-The first conference home game at the Pinnacle Bank Arena against Michigan will be televised on ESPN/2. All four Husker conference games against Penn State and Northwestern will be televised on ESPNU.
-The public allotment of 15,000+ season tickets have been sold out for the upcoming season.
-The student section has sold out their allotment of <strike>400</strike> <strike>500</strike> 1650 (????) season ticket seats, which will be located on the east side of the lower bowl and in the upper tiers. The front row will only be six feet away from the team benches.
