You see it up there, right? We're in the football month, you guys.

Lets get to links for today, shall we?

Yesterday on Corn Nation, Jon went over what you need to know for Fan Day '13, and you got another De tasseling the Huskers podcast from Greg and I.

Nebraska HC Bo Pelini went through the ESPN "Carwash" on Wednesday, which is the way to say he went on a bunch of TV and radio shows, including First Take and the Scott Van Pelt show. He was with a group of B1G coaches including Urban Meyer and Jerry Kill, among others.

Well, this is a nice sight to see isn't it?

Stewart Mandel of SI.com led off his mailbag yesterday with a question about Bo Pelini and what is expected from him this season, and if he's on the hot seat if he doesn't deliver. The answer is pretty fair in my mind, although I'm certain others won't see it that way.

Nebraska Volleyball's Red/White Scrimmage will be held on Saturday, August 24th in the newly renovated Devaney Center. Tickets go on sale next Wednesday.

Till I read this, I never realized Clemson and Georgia hated each other as much as they do.

Want to learn a lot about College Football through stats and the eyes of guys like the SBN staff? Well, SBN's Bill Connelly has the book for you. Football Study Hall is what you'll need to get the max out of your CFB experience.

Oregon showed off their new Football digs. It's insane.

TCU went through some straight up hell last year with Casey Pachall, but if he can return to where he was before his personal issues struck last year, he's easily the best QB in the Big 12.

ESPN is going to have a ton of evening football games during the week this year. Nearly 70 contests from a lot of different conferences is on tap, but you and I know we want that MACtion. This list does include Nebraska/Iowa on Black Friday.

UCLA found out that they get the services of prized DT Eddie Vanderdoes this fall, instead of having to sit out a year because of transfer rules. Vanderdoes was originally a ND signee, but transferred back to the West Coast and the NCAA agreed he didn't have to sit. He could possibly be a factor when the Bruins visit Lincoln, but it's unsure how much he'll get into games before then.

EA Sports did lose a decision in a non-O'Bannon case on Wednesday. It's unsure whether this will affect the main case everyone is worried about however.

Speaking about EA Sports, a producer did talk to the Miami SBN blog StateofTheU about the future of the game.

August? Well it brings you football, but it's also Family Fun Month, National Catfish and Golf month (not together, silly), while it's also Romantic Awareness Month. That's good to build up credit for the four months of football you're going to wash.

No birthdays or history lessons today, folks.

The first USA Today Coaches Poll comes out about 11am Lincoln time. We'll have that news for you too along with some more goods.

Enjoy your day.
