Nebraska Football Recruiting: Jason Hall - DB - Commits to Nebraska

The Huskers haven't had a football commitment in 58 days. The dry spell has finally ended.

It's about time. That seems to be a popular phrase across Husker Nation this week with the induction of Tommie Frazier into the College Football Hall of Fame and the good news keeps on coming with the Huskers' second commitment of the 2014 cycle.

Tim Beck and Terry Joseph are two of the finest recruiters on the Big Red's staff, so it's appropriate that commit No. 2 be not only a Texan (Beck's specialty), but also a defensive back (Joseph's boys).

Welcome Jason Hall into the fold. [Highlights]

His commitment comes only two weeks after being offered. The Oklahoma Sooners stopped by shortly after he received the official invite from the Big Red and he received another offer from North Texas a few days ago.

Hall is currently unranked according to the 247Composite Index. Hopefully Nebraska won't have to wait another 58 days before snagging commitment No. 3.
