Nice little snippet from the WNBA Draft tonight:
Minnesota Lynx select Lindsey Moore with the 12th pick in the #LynxDraft2013!! Welcome aboard Lindsey!
— Minnesota Lynx (@minnesotalynx) April 16, 2013
Moore, who has a pretty stellar resume as she finished her Nebraska career by helping lead the Lady Huskers to the Sweet 16 in the 2013 NCAA Women's Tournament, was taken with the last pick in the first round.
Moore becomes the third Husker drafted in the first round of the WNBA Draft, joining Kelsey Griffin and Nicole Kubik.
However, don't be surprised if Moore is moved before the start of the season...
Local Lindsey Moore (Kentwood HS) heads to Minnesota w No. 12 pick. But here's a prediction, ends up in Seattle by season opener #wnbadraft

No matter what, it is a time to celebrate the two time All-American's career at Nebraska and her new WNBA gig. And, lets just say she will look awesome no matter what jersey she dons in the league.
Introducing the newest member of the @minnesotalynx, @seym00re. #WNBADrafttwitpic.com/cjnrtw
