What a Friday!

The #12 women's team starts off the basketball season this afternoon against #25 UCLA at Pinnacle Bank Arena. The game will be televised in Nebraska on NET and streamed on BTN.com (subscription required). Don't forget Nathaniel's preview!

The men start tonight at PBA against Florida Gulf Coast University at 8:00 pm in a game that will be televised nationally on BTN. David did a Q&A with FGCU Eagles Nest in preparation for that game. Nebraska was picked to finish last in the Big Ten, but one has to wonder if the entire conference isn't that good.
