The middle of the week has arrived, so has today's links.
Yesterday on the site, we brought you our weekly podcast, as well as our B1G Power Poll. Also, Nathaniel did his roundup of Women's Soccer action last week.
Big news from Nebraska Baseball today; the Husker 2013 class was ranked #11 in the country by Baseball America, which is the HIGHEST recruiting class Nebraska has ever had in it's program's history.
Are you going to the Volleyball match vs. Iowa tonight at the Bob Devaney Center? Get your pink on if you do.
What is the status of Taylor Martinez for the Minnesota game this week? Well, from the OC himself...
Beck on Martinez: He’s doing what he can do right now, and we’re just easing him back into things. It’s a day-to-day, period-to-period deal.

Taylor may be a game time decision come Saturday. On the defensive side, Stanley Jean-Baptiste is ready to go after his ejection against Purdue.
According to Lee Barfknecht at the OWH, someone has to win the Legends West division, don't they?
Husker verbal Joshua Kalu was named the Houston Chronicle's player of the week for his 3 interception game for Houston Alief Taylor against Eisenhower on Friday.
The folks at the Daily Gopher say that Nebraska has a 81.5% probability of victory on Saturday. Another thing about that piece... if the Gophers only win one more game this year, I would think that's a bad season, honestly.
Is the NCAA done after the Miami ball dropping? Adam Jacobi of SBN thinks so.
Sounds like Ohio State will break out the alternate's for the Penn State game on Saturday.
Schadenfreude and Clemson go together pretty well, don't they?
There was some SUNBELTGOD action last night, as Louisiana Lafayette took down Arkansas State 23-7.
Grambling not only has taken a look at their facilities and football team's issues after last weekend (pics here, WOOF), but yesterday they reinstated some student reporters after some terrible decisions. However, not all news was great on Tuesday, as Jackson State announced they were suing Grambling for the cancellation of last week's Homecoming game.
World Series 2013 time has arrived. Who do you have, Boston or St. Louis? I'm taking Cards in 6.
Birthday's today: Martin Luther King Jr, Ryan Reynolds, Weird Al Yankovic, Pele, Doug Flutie, and Ang Lee.
Today's video? The new Pearl Jam.
(thanks PearlJam)
Finally in the flakes, let us all send good thoughts to OWH writer Dirk Chatelain this morning. Per his twitter, it sounds like his 3 year old has been in the hospital the last 36 or so hours. No one likes to see things like this, regardless of your opinion of his work. The CN staff sends their thoughts to the Chatelain family and hopes things will be better soon.
Have a great Wednesday.
