Big, big time get by the Huskers and Rich Kaczenski from the Houston area

Right before the final home game today in Lincoln, word spread abound of the 15th commitment in the 2013 Nebraska recruiting cycle, and it's a fairly good one.

Adam Taylor, a four star Running Back from Katy, Texas (just west of Houston) committed to the Huskers after his visit last week for the Penn State game. Taylor's team, the Katy Tigers, just won their first round Tx/UIL State Playoffs game this weekend.

Taylor this year has rushed for over 1600 yards in under 200 carries, going for over 8 yards a carry and 148 a game with 26 touchdowns.

Taking a look at Taylor's offer list, it is easy to see how big of a get this was for the staff.

Even with Taylor's commitment, Nebraska would still like to take two RB's in this cycle, so they won't back off of players like Jojo Kemp or such. However, things are definitely looking upwards for the cycle.

And, if you're wondering, Toby Johnson the five star DT did make it to Lincoln for the Minnesota game with his team mate Ben Bradley, a four star DT who is a soft verbal to Tennessee. Johnson and Bradley alone would make the interior defensive line depth issues get much better. Along with Johnson and Bradley, Tre'vell Dixon also made the trip to Lincoln. Dixon would help at Safety with PJ Smith and Daimian Stafford leaving.
