New Details Emerge In Hardrick Arrest

More is released about the Monday incident.

Per a release by the Lincoln Journal Star here, Former Nebraska Football player Jermarcus "Yoshi" Hardrick was arrested by Lincoln Police around 4:30pm on Monday afternoon for third degree domestic assault.

Officer Katie Flood of the LPD stated that a 20 year old female started tossing Hardrick's belongings out a second floor window onto the ground. The female was not identified.

According to Flood, Hardrick "grabbed her by the back of the neck and threw her across the room, leaving her with two scrapes on the back of her neck".

Hardrick spent the night in jail and was arraigned in court on Tuesday. Hardrick pleaded not guilty and posted a $2500 dollar percentage bond.

Hardrick, a 2 year player on the football team, started all 13 games in 2011 after transferring from Fort Scott CC in Kansas. Hardrick had just had participated in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers preseason camp after going undrafted in the 2012 NFL Draft.
