I'll admit, I'm not much of a rap guy, but Big Red Anthem, as released by Lincoln musician Brown (not his real name) is pretty catchy.
It's part of student movement called "Take Back Gameday" that oddly enough doesn't occur on game days, but is a Friday Night rally before every home game at around 8:30 pm or whenever they get done with Friday Happy Hours and can find their way to the 14th and Vine street greenspace ("greenspace"? Seriously?).
When I word associate "student" and "Take Back Gameday" - I would think it would be a student protest for Tom Osborne sticking me in the nose bleed sections and using my previously assigned decent seats to suck more money out of old people who hate my presence, but perhaps today's student isn't about protesting and instead a more positive but docile being, content to live in student condos while occurring massive debt.
