Huskers Travel to San Antonio for 2009 Big 12 Championship

The Nebraska soccer team begins the 2009 postseason when it travels to the Lone Star State for the Big 12 Championship this week in San Antonio. Carrying the school's best record since 2005 (11- 4-4, 5-3-2), the Huskers have earned the No. 4 seed in the conference tournament and will face No. 5 Oklahoma State (12-7-0, 5-5-0) this Wednesday at 11:30 a.m., at Blossom Soccer Stadium. Emphasis on the "block better" portion of that statement. Unfortunately, I'm not 100% sure that's possible with this group of linemen. The tackles.... arrgh!

Early Weekend Lines

DXP has the lines on the games this weekend, with Oklahoma being favored by six.
