ABC/ESPN Pass On Virginia Tech/Nebraska?

ABC and ESPN announced their preliminary schedule of televised Big XII football games...and noteworthy by absence is Virginia Tech/Nebraska.  Not sure if ABC/ESPN is merely holding on their plans...
