Today's scheduled game between Nebraska and Iowa has been cancelled due to rain and cold temperatures in Iowa City.  The game will not be rescheduled.  It is the second mid-week game in a row that has been cancelled or rescheduled for the Huskers.

I guess this is just a fact of life when you play baseball in the northern latitudes.  Unfortunately, with the short time to play a lot of games, it's really hard to reschedule a cancelled game, especially with the costs associated with travelling and everything.  At least with the Creighton game last week, there's no major travel issues & we'll be playing them 2 more times this year (so we could at least make up a double header).

Here's hoping for better weather from here on out.
