Marlon Lucky Hospitalized
Sunday evening, Husker running back Marlon Lucky was taken to BryanLGH West hospital. Below is a quote from his high school coach, found in the Omaha World Herald:
Husker Extra points out that Lucky has had a 'somewhat rocky college career'. He had considered transferring at the end of last season, even though with Brandon Jackson leaving early for the NFL, Lucky would most likely be the starting and featured back in Nebraska's offense.
Wow TV out of Omaha is reporting that he was hospitalized because of an overdose.
Whatever the reasons for his hospitalization - no doubt they will come out with time. In the mean time, keep the kid in your prayers and hope for the best for him and his family.

Actually it was Sean Callahan of WOWT/HI
KFAB and Jim Rose were questioning Lucky's mental condition this morning, which doesn't help things either. At this point, we don't know anything. An "overdose" could simply be too much cold medication. Speculation isn't doing Lucky any good here.
