Former Devaney-Osborne assistant coach John Melton passed away Sat. June 7 aged 86.

Former Nebraska running back Braylon Heard is transferring to Kentucky. Heard will sit out for a year per NCAA rules then have two years of eligibility remaining. Former Nebraska graduate assistant Vince Marrow is now a coach at Kentucky.
