Lincoln East OL Chris Walker went to the opposite side of town for his Nebraska official visit this weekend. He liked what he saw so much, he is staying home.
Walker officially flipped his verbal from Wyoming to the Huskers today. A higher-end 2 star, he is the 9th-best player in Nebraska and the 244th OL prospect in the 247Sports composite this cycle.
The first thing you notice is that Walker is tall. At 6’6, he has the frame to grow and get leaner, but you can definitely see potential in this verbal. He is not Foster Sarell, but at the same time he is a kid that, if he flourished at Wyoming, you wonder why Nebraska didn't take him. With Jaimes and Sichterman in the fold, you can take Walker in this cycle on a scholarship.
Who is next from this weekend? We will have more later!
We're All N in Nebraska!!!
