An idea on what to do about lack of helium for Husker balloons

Sounds like the tradition of the release of balloons for the first Husker touchdown may go down as evidently there is a lack of helium . My idea then would be to give each fan an empty balloon entering the stadium and then every individual would blow up their balloon the old fashioned way . Then when the Huskers score their first touchdown , everyone bounce the tens of thousands of balloons in the air like the floating balls at rock concerts. Everytime a balloon comes down , it is knocked back up in the air by the tens of thousands of fans. This could go on for a minute or two and then of course I am sure the rest of the balloons would be popped. Quite a bit of trash balloons to pick up for sure , and I am sure someone will get their panties in a bunch about people slipping on the popped balloons afterward , but fun never the less ... any other ideas on how to continue this tradition ?
