Nebraska QB Commit Zach Darlington Suffers Apparent Head Injury

SB Nation Recruiting

The Nebraska commit apparently was knocked unconscious, and was airlifted via helicopter to a hospital.

Zach Darlington of Apopka (FL) High School was injured in the fourth quarter of a nationally televised game against Byrnes (GA).

Earlier in the game, he successfully executed a Statue of Liberty play, which probably would have been the highlight of the game prior to his injury.

Darlington committed to the Huskers in June.
