This is always a hit on football Saturdays, but has many other uses than as a dip. It's excellent on tacos, chicken wings, burgers, you name it.
1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
3/4 cup sour cream
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
3 fresh jalapenos, retaining more or less seeds depending how hot you like it
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro (more or less to your taste)
Throw everything into a blender and blend until smooth. For best taste, chill overnight. Serve with chips, veggies, tacos, chicken wings, just about anything. It really is that good.
