CN Cookbook - Chicken Jalapeño Dip

Ingredients:

2 - 8oz. packages of Cream Cheese

1 - 10oz. Can of Chicken (White, Dark or both) - drained

1 can Cream of Chicken soup

3 Jalapeños - gutted and diced into small pieces

1 Bag of Fritos Corn Chips (Scoops)

Directions:

Put everything except the chips into a 2 qt. crockpot and turn it on. Come back in an hour to an hour and a half (you need the cream cheese to really soften) and stir to combine. Spoon some onto your plate and scoop it up with corn chips and enjoy. Don't let the peppers mislead you. Because of the cream cheese, this dip is only very slightly spicy. Great for football Saturdays and Super Bowl parties.
