It wasn't much of a game versus a FCS-level Idaho State team as Nebraska scored the most points in the Bo Pelini era and the most points since the 2007 Kansas State game.
Taylor Martinez was 9-for-13 for 165 yards and two touchdowns, while Rex Burkhead had 119 yards and two TDs on only eight carries. Kenny Bell had one reception for 68 yards and a touchdown, and backup quarterback Ron Kellogg III came onto the field in the first quarter as Nebraska lead 35-0.
