Getting over the hurt

Well It has been nearly 48 hours since we watched the worst Defensive showing by a Nebraska Cornhuskers football team since the 1950s. It took me until about an hour ago to get all of the bad taste out of my mouth from that game. I am here to offer up so side notes that helped me pull myself out of the fog.

1) We are not Iowa

2) It was not a blowout loss

3) The offense looked good for three quarters

4) The Cornhuskers have a running game outside of Burkhead *tho he was still missed and my he recover soon

5)Taylor Martinez 92 yard run was 5th longest in Nebraska history

6) The recievers are catching the ball this year

I know it comes as little consolation but these are some good things to look at. They did not get blown out and remained in the game until the end. Let us not speak anymore of the bad things we witnessed and focus on what they did that was positve.
